Get ready Trainers! it's time to battle for glory in our upcoming Pokémon VGC event featuring the wildly popular Regulation F format! Whether you're a seasoned competitor or looking to test your team in a high-energy environment, this is your chance to show off your skills and make some noise on the battlefield.

Regulation F, which ran from January 4 to April 30, 2024, opened the floodgates to a diverse roster of Pokémon, including those from the Paldea, Kitakami, and Blueberry Pokédexes, as well as new additions from The Indigo Disk DLC. This format saw the return of competitive favorites like Incineroar, Metagross, and Whimsicott, alongside powerful newcomers such as Hydrapple, Archaludon, and the Paradox Legendaries: Walking Wake, Iron Leaves, Raging Bolt, Iron Crown, Gouging Fire, and Iron Boulder. Certain Legendary and Mythical Pokémon, including Mewtwo, Lugia, and Koraidon, were restricted to maintain balance in the competition.
